  • How many tables and chairs do you have?
    We have 140 chairs and 19 5ft round tables, x3 trestle tables.

  • What time can guests check in to the bell tents?
    Guests can check in from 3pm

  • What time can we start setting up in the barns?
    9am the day before your wedding however if there is nothing in the barns during that week we may be able to let you in earlier.

  •  What time do we have to tidied up for?
    We ask that the barns are cleared of all litter by 12pm the next day.

  • Is there a corkage fee?
    Nope you are free to bring your own booze if you are running your own bar.

  •  Do you supply the glasses?
    Unfortunately not. If you do need glasses give Coronet Hire a call on 01772 634771

  • Is there anyone to help on the day?
    Katie can be your wedding co-ordinator on the day: she will help you set up and ensure your day runs smoothly. You can give her a big list of things to get on with... this is charged at £240 per day

  • What do we do with our rubbish?
    Any general rubbish you must take away with you. All glass, plastic and tin can be recycled in Garstang at the recycling centre. Bar and Catering providers will need to take all waste away with them. You can opt in for the full clean down service provided by our Housekeeping Team, please email info@wyresdalepark.co.uk to book.

  • How many people can the ceremony barn seat?
    The ceremony is registered for 150 people maximum, this needs to include photographers, videographers and musicians.

  • Do you have a marriage licence?
    Yes, we do! Your registrar can be booked through Lancashire County Council 03001236705

  • How many people can the white barn hold?
    We have tables and chairs to seat 140. For more seating trestle tables and additional chairs will need to be hired Max 170.

  • Can we use the 2 camping pods?
    Yes of course, you can book them through Airbnb. Just search for Wyresdale Park camping pods 1 & 2

  • What are the dimensions of the barns?
    The White Barn is 7.8m x 13m if you include the back stables its 7.8 x 18m.

    The ceremony barn is 6m x 16m

    Tractor Barn 16m x 10m

  •  Are pets allowed?
    They are welcomed with open paws…and it allows Tipsy the house hound to meet new friends.

  • Are fireworks allowed?

    Yes. By using our approved suppliers only.

  • What equipment is in the catering tent?

    The catering has two stainless steel worktops and a sink. Don’t forget all ovens need to be gas!

  • Can we have fire pits outside?
    Absolutely, it wouldn’t be a barn party without them.

  • Can the apple store provide cakes?
    Sally and Philippa bake outstanding cakes and love to be part of the weddings, give them a call on 01524 791011.

  • Where do we tell taxis to come to?

    Ask them to put PR3 1BA into the Sat Navigation. When they approach Wyresdale Park gates they can take a left and follow the signs to the wedding barns.

  • Can we have outdoor games?

    Great idea they will work perfectly on the south lawn or in the courtyard

  • Can you provide any staff?

    Bar staff £12 per hour

  • Do the bell tents have bedding and towels?

    Yes

  • Do the pods have bedding and towels?

    Guests will need to bring their own.

  • What bar equipment is there?

    Glass washer, fridges and freezer.

  • Amount of deposit required?

    50%

  • Do the bell tents have electricity/ heaters?

    No, electricity in the kitchen and outside sink areas.

    No heating in the bell tents we supply extra blankets and hot water bottles.

  • Is Table Linen Provided?

    Unfortunately not, call Gemma at Bluebells and Daisys

  • What if we need to cancel?

    If we are able to resell your date, we can refund your deposit, minus a £300 admin fee.
