Explore the charm of Wyresdale Park as you wander through our venue spaces, boutique accommodation, and picturesque grounds. You'll also be among the first to see our brand-new ceremony garden, outdoor bar, and beautifully landscaped lawns. Booking is essential.
Retreat: Autumn Equinox

Come together with us to celebrate the transition of the seasons as we start our inward journey. Autumn gives us the opportunity to slow down, reflect on the past months, appreciate everything we have in our lives, and move from a sense of scarcity to a mindset of abundance and thankfulness. During the equinox, we acknowledge the harmony and interplay between light and darkness.
This evening, we invite you to participate in various practices and rituals to celebrate the Autumn Equinox. Activities will include Trataka (candle meditation), collaboratively creating an altar, practicing balancing breathing techniques, engaging in gentle yogic body movements, holding yoga asanas for extended periods with reflection, practicing meta meditation, enjoying a foot massage, and painting candles.
